Rate National Parks

Hopefully, this itinerary will be good.  I will post after the trip in August and let you know my thoughts.  The goal was to enjoy a balance of national parks, mountains, water, city and countryside.  If anyone has input I’d be glad to hear it. 

From the East coast:
 
Day 1 –
Destination: Seattle, WA.
Activity: Fly
Dinner: In airport prior to flight.  (Should help rest of meals taste that much better) (more…)

Did this one in 2004.  No weaknesses.  Saw and did more great stuff in less time than any vacation I ever took.  10 parks total.

Day 1 -
Begin Las Vegas.  Tip: Get there the night before and enjoy one of many incredible buffet breakfasts in the morning.  Always good to start a trip with a feast. 
Destination: Zion NP. 
Accomodation: Stay at Zion Lodge or just outside the park.
